Relationship advice please?

Ok so i met this guy on an internet dating site... we have similar interests in everything and wanna achieve the same things in life... we are attracted to each other by the pictures we have displayed...we spoke for over a week through the dating site... then started instant msging and then through sms... He lives over an hour away do you think it could work? He has said he is willing to drive all the time and has said all the time he is genuine... just wanted to know what you guys thought could a relationship work with the hour in travel time?Relationship advice please?
(unrelated to the question) i think you should be careful because u met him on the internet. okay anyway yes it can work not doubt. i have a boyfriend that lives 6 hours away driving and it drives me crazy! but if you like him enough it can work. we've been dealing with this now for a year and plan to make it work until i move there. it takes more effort than a regular relationship because you need strong trust, but you CAN make it work. GOOD LUCK! :)Relationship advice please?
An hour is not bad, definitely doable. Not as easy as being right near each other but hardly the end of the world. COuld see each other for dinner of a night and talk on phone during the week, hang out on weekends. Will see each other so do not think the distance is an issue. If you both want it to work, it will. If not then what have you lost, at least you tried, it did not work and you no longer wonder... fingers crossed for you.
I think it would work. It beats being another state or state(s) apart, right?! However, I do think he'll get tired of driving back and forth. This may cause a break up, or he'll want you to move in with him.
I say give it a try but be cautious. You don't know how he is in person yet. Perhaps a date in a safe place before you decide to pursue seeing him/ the relationship plunge. *nods*
My father dated a woman who lived 4 hours away in Wisconsin and now they are married. I think it could work out, but be careful, not everyone tells the whole truth on the internet.
