Walk away, you have no right to break this relationship up. Id they split by all means ask him out but until then back off and let them sort their stuff out, you wouldn't want another girl walking in on your relationship would you?
wait it out, don't push anything. you won't - or shouldn't - want to be the reason why they broke up.
Breaking them up would be a terrible thing to do. If their relationship is really deteriorating, then stand by the sidelines and wait, don't influence it in anyway (positive or negative). If in the end, they break up, there's your chance.
let him make the first move.... don`t be a wedge between the 2 of them.. let him choose on his own..
dont break them uo that would be mean, and how would you feel if you were the girl that was going out with him and someone broke you to up so dont go after him just yet
right now you just have to be a friend because breaking them up is'nt going to get you in with him any better i may just ruin things

let him resolve the problems he is having with his girl friend before you and him get serious.
