Relationship advice ?

this sounds a bit complicated. I like this guy who i see some weekends when am out in pubs etc . He told me he likes me too. He even rejected someoneelse for me. However he never makes no effort to meet up with me or contact me . He has my number. i have his to but am scared to make the first move. Its weird becasue when we are together we act like a couple , lauging talking kissing etc but its goes no further . i am so confussed , i know right now we arnt really anything but casual . Very casual. But if i am sick of it how do i end it or how can i talk to him bout us being more than just casual. Also is friends have told me he is very shy when it comes to girls plus he is very lazy . if tht has anythign to do wiv it :s

I know you heard this before but the straight forward truth is always best. It will save you time and aggravation. Go for it ! just ask him out. IF he has any type of feelings for you, then you will know and if he doesn't, you'll know. Either way is a win-win situation for you since you will finally know what you been wondering.Relationship advice ?
